HACCP System certification

HACCP System certification is now available to any organisation in the food chain who wishes to demonstrate of be assured of their food safety practices.

Equal Assurance partners and practices have for some time been able to deliver high quality / low cost accredited certification to ISO 22000 for food safety management systems. Now with the introduction of HACCP System certification, we can provide further assurance in food safety as a stand-alone certification or else to compliment ISO 22000 certification or other certifications such as ISO 9001.

HACCP System certification is performed to Codex Alimentarius Code of Practice CAC/RCP 1-1969 (Revision 4 – 2003) for General Principles of Food Hygiene. This is administered by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) as part of the World Health Organization (WHO) and therefore represents the global standard in food hygiene and the application of hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) techniques across an organization.
